I have the bigger room out of the other rooms and it includes a bathroom with a shower. The rent is $420 a month per person, plus the electricity bill that usually only runs about $20. These are very nice apts. with two pools, two free tanning beds, a game room, and a computer room you can use if you don't have a computer. They are 5 minutes away from campus. I will help pay for half of the rent in May. You don't need to have another person to take this lease, only one is needed,but there is another bedroom available if needed.
