Lost Black and White Saluki Mix Male Dog (Around 17th and V)

My dog has been getting out a lot lately and we didn't know how. He would get out roam around and come back in. We kept trying to cover anything we thought he could be getting out from, but to no avail nothing worked. Well on Saturday March 29th, I saw him down the street but he ran away to go exploring. I thought it to be no big deal because he's done it so much I thought he'd come back. Well, he didn't now it's been nearly a week and he's not back yet. So now I'm really worried. If by any chance you've seen him he's a tall skinny mainly black dog with white on his chest and legs with black spots on feet.
