I have two houses for sale in Seymour,Texas just south of Wichita Falls area. I just had new colored metal roofs on the main house,the guest house,the garage, less than eight months ago. The houses are on two lots side by side, there is a storm cellar,a smoke house,a two car metal carport,a two car garage. The main house is four bedrooms,one bath,kiichen,living room. The guest house is a one bedroom,one bath,kitchen-dining combo.Each house has it's own electrity,gas,water, and the garage has it's own electrity,and gas. You can live in one and rent the other one, or use the smaller house as a guest house, or even the mother-inlaws house. The water and electrity are very cheap here,cheaper than alot of places. The taxes are some of the cheapest in Texas,last years taxes for both places were only $250 total for the whole year.
