Rent is $385 or $400 all bills paid depending on the room. No lease, it is month to month with a $250 deposit. (this ensures that a months notice is given and no property is damaged)
Rent includes all utilities, cable, internet, most community items like toilet paper, and the house is equipped with all appliances needed.
Want responsible students. Prefer for them to be over the age of 21, but will consider younger if you are interested.
