Im looking for a male to take over my lease in May.(we can work out what day) I am in a 4bed/4bath. The room is available to move into in May and the lease is over on August 6th. Rent is 399 a month--ALL BILLS PAID (including internet and cable!)There isn't any rent due in August! The apartment is fully furnished and in each room there is a bed, desk, and dresser. A full sized washer and dryer are also in the apartment. Each roomate has their own private bathroom. The apartment also has 2 pools and hot tubs, a clubhouse, gameroom, and a work out room. Apartment is located in the back of the complex, which is very quiet and convenient because there is a back entrance.
