$420 Great place for Student (All BILLS PAID & FURNISHED!!) (Raiders Pass)
I am currently trying to get out of my lease, because I am not staying for the entire year. If I can find a male who needs a place to stay during the summer or the rest of the year they will let me out of the lease and will create a new lease to the person who is moving in. They are offering a lease for just the summer months or for the entire year for the person who moves in. The room is running $420 a month, but that includes all bills. Internet, cable, electricity ($30 allowance for each person), and water are provided.
It is a 3 bedroom apartment that come fully furnished. Each room has an attached bathroom to it, so no one shares a bathroom. The apartment comes with a full sized bed in each room, computer desk in each room, dressers in each room, couches in the living room, full sized washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen table.
I have another roommate that is leaving too in the same unit, so if you have a friend let him know. The one guy who is staying is extremely nice and easy to get along with. He is gone most of the time, so you will not see him much. He may even move out too. He is still undecided, but if you have a buddy for his room as well he may be more willing to move out.
I will be out of here, at the latest, May the 8th. Let me know when you want to move in. Call me at 361-548-7879. Don’t call just Raiders Pass, because you have to request my room, so I can get out of my lease.
