Hello, I have a room available in a 3 bedroom apartment. I need a male who is looking for the summer or for the rest of the year starting in May. I have another roommate moving out, so if you have a friend tell him about my other roommates room. The one guy who is staying is nice and is hardly there. If you know a guy who wants his room too I am sure he will move out.
It is a 3 bedroom apartment that runs 420 a month per person. The rent includes the electricity, cable, internet, and water. It comes fully furnished with full sized beds, dressers, and computer desks in each room. It also comes with a full sized washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen table, couches, and end tables.
