$300 Looking for a male roommate (N. Elkhart and Dartmouth)
I live in a 3 bedroom house with another female. We would like to find a male to move into our house to split bills. We are asking for a years lease but we are willing to negoiate the time frame. We are hoping to find someone who wont mind if we are out late and coming in early in the morning. The house is furnished throughout, but you will need to funish the room that will be yours. There is a washer and dryer available in the house, as well as all applicances. We also have free wireless internet available, but no cable. There is carpet in the bedrooms, but hardwood and tile in the rest of the house. You will also share a bathroom with one of the girls. The reason we prefer a male is becuase most of the time they are not living a life full of drama. We both work full time and one goes to school. There is a garage that you would be able to park in if the weather is bad. The house is really nice and pets are allowed, but please NO CATS. We have two dogs that are part pitbull and part something else, but they are inside a lot. They are friendly to people that we accept, as well.Please only reply if you are serious. We are planning on May 1st for move in, but earlier arrangements could be made if necessary. We would prefer to have another college student, or someone who is close in age to a college student.
