3 bedroom 2 bath house completely remodeled. AMAZING KITCHEN. Looking for 1 or 2 roommates.
The house is near 45th and Indiana. The neighborhood is mostly older couples and is pretty quiet.
I also have a cat so if you are allergic to cats it wont work. I don't mind other cats but no dogs please.
House is decent size with large backyard. Comes fully furnished with the exception of your own bedroom. The house has a 1 car garage that is for my motorcycle. If you have a motorcycle you are welcome to store it in the garage as well.
Rent is $400.00 and 1/2 or 1/3 of the bills depending on roommates. The utilities here are not high at all.
