I’m looking for someone to take over the remaining part of my lease for the month of June, July and most of May at the Village Townhomes. The month of May will be prorate so that only leaves June and July. They are located off of Erskine next to Lynwood Townhomes and are only about 8 minutes away from the Texas Tech Campus. These townhomes are very spacious and include a kitchen with all the appliances, washer/dryer, two car garage, free cable & internet, etc. The spacious bedroom includes its own full bathroom along with a walk-in closet. You would be living with two cool roommates. The room comes unfurnished but the house itself already has furniture that we have brought in. Monthly rent is $325 but im bringing it down to $275 plus utilities (water & electricity) which usually range from $30 to $50 dollars depending on usage. I am willing to negotiate prices.
