My boyfriend and I just bought a house in a really nice area of Lubbock. It's 5 minutes from Texas Tech and the same from LCU.
We are both Graduate students and need a roommate.
(Free access to the nearby golf course and tennis courts)
**The room is 15x13 and you'll have your own bathroom.
**Pets are allowed (depends on what kind though)
**House was built in 2001, has 2000 sq. ft. and two car garage with a huge backyard and the house is energy efficient so utilities are low.
We will also allow siblings to share the room or relatives that are students to share the room. Making the rent split to $225 a piece.
We do require you sign a contract and pay a small deposit that you will get back if no damages are done. Don't worry, we are very easy going.
We have an extra twin size bed if you need one and a dresser.
As well, the room comes with a walk in closet.
