I have a room for rent in a 4/2/2 house. The house is only three years old and is in a nice neighborhood. There is also a golf course nearby if you like to golf. We have a washer/dryer, refrigerator, and everything but the bedroom is fully furnished. All I have for the room is a twin bed, but you are welcome to bring anything you want. We also have wirelss internet, but no cable. The size of the bedroom is about 15'7" by 10'7".
There will just be one other person living at the house for the summer, so there will be plenty of room. He is a student at Tech and will be working part time and going to school.
