Current roommates are 22-24 years old, would like roommates around same age but if you are a lot younger that is fine!
We just ask that you are respectful, helpful and nice.
Rent is $380-$400 per room depending on the room. Rent includes all utilities, cable, internet, unlimited long distance on the house phone(will save you minutes!) as well as most community items like toilet paper, paper towels, hand and dish soap, trash bags, etc. It does not include your personal laundry soap.
Washer and dryer are here but if you have one we have an extra hookup!
Lots of room for more furniture, so come check it out and move your stuff in!
