Hi I am a 22 year old female entering my second year of law school at Tech Law. I need a female roommate to move into my apartment. I have a two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, two-story town home. The apartment complex is located right next to the South Plains Mall, about 10 minutes from the Tech campus. I would need the roommate to move in during the month of AUGUST. Rent is $270 a person per month PLUS utilities.
There is free wireless internet. We pay for cable, gas, electric, water, trash/sewer. I usually only pay about another $100 for all utilities (that was with extended cable + HBO and high speed internet from Suddenlink)--money could be saved by cutting out HBO and using the FREE wireless internet that is already available instead of purchasing internet through Suddenlink--, so total amount usually runs anywhere from $370-420 a month.
I would prefer to have a roommate just for the Fall semester...HOWEVER, I am COMPLETELY open to the idea of having a year-long roommate. I am a non-smoker and am only interested in living with a female who is serious about her studies and does not smoke/use. Small pets may be welcomed depending on how they get along with my small dog. Pets must be house/paper/litter trained. My dog does has lived with other small dogs and grew up with a cat, but I would still prefer to get our pets together to see how they "mesh."
I LOVE college football, and enjoy going to the Tech games. I am usually pretty busy with school work, but I like to go out to movies/bars/mall/dinner/the gym...etc.
