I live in a 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom apartment at the University Fountains Apartments, walking distance from Texas Tech University Campus. I am looking for someone to take over my lease, I have three wonderful roommates! It comes completely furnished with washer/dryer and free interent access and balcony. Huge walk-in closet and bathroom. It is available May 12th and the lease runs out on August 8th, 2008. Great for getting situated in lubbock during the summer or for summer school.
