Rent is either $380 or $400 depending on the room. Rent includes: rent, utilities, cable, internet (wireless), HBO, unlimited long distance on the house phone, as well as all community items like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap. It includes everything other than your personal stuff such as food and laundry soap. We do have a washer and dryer.
The bedroom is 16 x 12 feet, with spacious walk-in closets and double-paned windows, queen bed with headboard, mattress, box and frame, night stand, cherry wood desk, and a leather chair.
I am an open-minded grad student, male, and I prefer my roommate to be grad student or guy older than 22 yo, or mature-minded younger guys. No pets please.
I would prefer to have a roommate just for the Fall semester...HOWEVER, I am COMPLETELY open to the idea of having a year-long roommate. I am a non-smoker and am only interested in living with a female who is serious about her studies and does not smoke/use. Small pets may be welcomed depending on how they get along with my small dog. Pets must be house/paper/litter trained. My dog does has lived with other small dogs and grew up with a cat, but I would still prefer to get our pets together to see how they "mesh."
I LOVE college football, and enjoy going to the Tech games. I am usually pretty busy with school work, but I like to go out to movies/bars/mall/dinner/the gym...etc.

House is decent size with large backyard. Comes fully furnished with the exception of your own bedroom. The house has a 1 car garage that is for my motorcycle. If you have a motorcycle you are welcome to store it in the garage as well.
Rent is $400.00 and 1/2 or 1/3 of the bills depending on roommates. The utilities here are not high at all.
The apartment is fully furnished and in each room there is a bed, desk, and dresser. A full sized washer and dryer are also in the apartment. Each roomate has their own private bathroom. The apartment also has 2 pools and hot tubs, a clubhouse, gameroom, and a work out room. Apartment would be great for someone in summer school or for someone moving out of the dorms. This apartment is at the back of the complex which is right by the back entrance which makes it very convenient.

I have another roommate that is leaving too in the same unit, so if you have a friend let him know. The one guy who is staying is extremely nice and easy to get along with. He is gone most of the time, so you will not see him much. He may even move out too. He is still undecided, but if you have a buddy for his room as well he may be more willing to move out.
