I have for sale a Basic Yoga DVD and a dark blue yoga mat.
The DVD lasts 30 minutes. The workout is set to relaxing music and includes step by step directions to complete the Sun Salutation, Warrior Pose, and others. Yoga really improves your balance, flexibility, and strength!
The mat is dark blue, and non-skid. It measures 68 1/2" X 24". It looks the same as it did the day I bought it a year ago.
I am asking $20.00 for both, but am open to reasonable offers. Thanks!
