$470/1br - Sublease for the Sumer(University Pointe)
I am subleasing my apartment for the summer and the lease lasts until mid-August. May and August will already be paid for so the only months that need to be covered are June and July. Its a pretty good deal to live here for almost 4 months during the summer for under $1000 dollars! The facility is University Pointe and it is within walking distance to Texas Tech University. Great apartment complex with wonderful people. The apartment is fully furnished and all the bills are paid for. There is a $30 electricty cap and if you exceed that you have to pay the difference but it is hard to use that much. The monthly rent is $470 but would be willing to possibly talk the price down just a little bit.
