I will be going home for summer, Im looking for someone to rent my bedroom.
It is in a 4bed/4bath at raiders pass. Apartment is quite and well kept.
It is furnished and comes all bills paid. Would be great for freshmen coming out of the dorms or someone taking summer school that needs a quite place to study.
Apartment is located in the back by the second pool hot tub and clubhouse.
Property is well kept and the pools are very nice.
My roomate is also looking for someone to take over his room as well, so if you are looking to live with a friend or know someone else that needs a place for summer this would be prefect.
