GREAT LOCATION...Trying to sublease all rooms in a 3 bedroom town home at University Fountains for summer starting end of May/beginning of June, lease ends August 10th, only have to pay for June and July... Willing to sublease rooms seperately... My other roommates will be subletting their rooms for summer as well... Large space, bills included. With a front door parking lot access and a back door pool/basketball court access. Literally, the pool is at your back door(Picture of pool taken from bedroom window). Also a 52" flat screen TV, fully furnished (washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, etc.). Spacious bathrooms and walk-in closets. Apartments located across street from campus, last stop on bus route, I have walked the distance or rode bike several times.
