I’m leaving for the summer and subleasing my 1/1. I’ve already paid this month and the last month’s rent (August), so you’d only be paying May, June, and July. The apartment is fully furnished and there are a full-size washer and dryer in the apartment. All the bills are paid (including cable with HBO and high-speed internet). Other complex amenities include basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, outdoor grills, a fitness center, free tanning, and a pool. The complex is very close to campus and there’s a free shuttle that runs to and from campus on weekdays.
