Im looking for someone to take over my lease in May.(we can work out what day)I am going home for the summer and need someone to take over my lease. I am in a 4bed/4bath. The room is available to move into in May and the lease is over on August 6th.
Rent is normally $399 a month with ALL BILLS PAID(including internet and cable!)I am willing to negotiate prices. There isn't any rent due in August.
The apartment is fully furnished and in each room there is a bed, desk, and dresser. A full sized washer and dryer are also in the apartment. Each roomate has their own private bathroom. The apartment also has 2 pools and hot tubs, a clubhouse, gameroom, and a work out room.
This apartment would be great for someone in summer school or for someone moving out of the dorms. This apartment is at the back of the complex right by the back entrance which makes it very convenient. Located very close to Tech campus.
