I am studying abroad in Mexico in June and my new lease starts the same month. If needed you could move in any time in May (I have already paid for it). The lease is over the 2nd week in August, and it is already paid for. The 4 bedroom/ 4 bath is fully furnished and all bills are paid. All of the kitchen utensils will be supplied. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Holden Hall and there is a bus route that comes to the front of the complex if enrolled in summer sessions at Tech. Only 1 of the roommates will be here to take classes. All girls live here now, but the 1 staying during the summer is willing to sign a co-ed agreement as long as you're not creepy.
