I'm looking for someone to sublet for the summer. It's at University Trails so you'll be two minutes from campus, 5 mins from depot, and 1 minute from everything on university near campus. I'll negotiate on the price if needed. All bills are paid so it's just 385 for June, July and August. It's a good deal cause you'll be living close to everything around here and it comes with good dish washing/dryer, big kitchen, a balcony living on the third floor, nice pool and hot tub and free maintenance o and all bills are paid if i haven't said that b4 cause everyone hates paying damn bills.
