I am subleasing my apartment for the summer starting May 1, 2008 through Mid August.
The rent is $471.00 a month, fully furnished and all bills paid! It is a 3 bedroom, and I already have 2 roommates living here. Both are fun and easy to get along with. I just have to move out at the end of April because I am moving to a house and the lease happens to start May 1. August rent already paid for, $235 for May :)
It is a nice area to live in and extremely close to campus!
