Roommate and I are looking to sublet our 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment at the University Courtyard Apartments. Rent is $450 per bedroom which includes cable(with HBO) and trash. Water and electric are separate. Electric usually runs about 30$ per person. Univ Courtyards have nice facilities including game room, computer room with 24/7 internet access, movie theater room with xbox 360, swimming pool, volleyball courts and more. There is also a bus that runs pretty much all day to the Texas Tech campus and back. We are ready to move out as soon as you are ready to move in.
