HOST FAMILIES NEEDED FOR 2009-2010 SPRING SEMESTER

VOLUNTEER HOST FAMILIES are needed to host international teen ambassadors from over 40 countries like Germany, Ecuador, Italy, Japan, Brazil, China and Belgium for the upcoming 2009-2010 spring semester. Host families will provide a bed, meals, as well as friendship, understanding, and a genuine desire to share the American way of life with a youngster from overseas. All students speak English, are covered by medical insurance, have spending money for their personal expenses, and hope to arrive early JANUARY for enrollment in their new high school.

The young ambassadors are between the ages of 15 and 18, and will attend the high school closest to their host family’s home. Families are able to review student applications and select the student they feel will best match their family. The SHARE!
