I was sharing this information here with you so you are able to let me know exactly what you are looking for. Also, if you are going to apply here with us we will need a copy of your I.D., proof of income preferably 3-recent check stubs, and if you are a student we will need proof of acceptance letter, or student I.D. with a screenshot of your blackboard. If you are an international student we will need you to send over a copy of your Visa, I-20, I-94, Passport, and fill out the Non-U.S Citizen app as well as the rental application on the website.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Credit Score of 600 or higher
• Minimum of 6 Months Job Experience
• No Evictions or owing of a previous property on record
• No Crimes against another person
• 3X Monthly Rent – Provable Income
