Also, if you are going to apply here with us we will need a copy of your I.D., proof of income preferably 3-recent check stubs, and if you are a student we will need proof of acceptance letter, or student I.D. with a screenshot of your blackboard. If you are an international student we will need you to send over a copy of your Visa, I-20, I-94, Passport, and fill out the Non-U.S Citizen app as well as the rental application on the website.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Credit Score of 600 or higher
• Minimum of 6 Months Job Experience
• No Evictions or owing of a previous property on record
• No Crimes against another person
