8’x8’x40’ Kolpak Walk-in Freezer. This unit was shifted over on its foundation by a mini tornado. Only minimal damage was done to one of the replaceable panels, and the door has fallen off as you can see in the pics.
These coolers are totally modular and designed to assemble/disassemble with merely a ratchet. See assembly video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7vvYJNeRa7U
And you can see info from the manufacturer here- https://info.kolpak.com/walkins
This cooler hasn’t bee in use for about a decade. The minor cosmetic scratching on the broad side is from windblown weeds that grew up alongside it. All of the cooling equipment is part of the package and should be salvageable. It was working when we quit using it and would be a great asset for someone who needs a cooler but can’t afford a new one (this was used for storage of fall bulbs like tulips for a greenhouse operation).
As stated, disassembly can be done quickly by a small team of people and can be relocated with a trailer in a matter of a few hours. Just mark all the panels on the inside so you know how they go back together, use a ratchet to unlock them from the inside, and start with the roof panels. Reverse the process to assemble.
New unit like this is around $65,000. Serious inquiries only.
