Global company with multiple locations across the United States and Europe, based in USA, is seeking an experienced WM for the Lubbock, TX area. This is a great opportunity for a talented warehousing professional, a leader who has basic experience in distribution operations including shipping, warehousing, receiving, replenishment, raw material requisitions, document processing, premium fulfillment, inventory control, product security, building security, safety, and equipment management in a manner that is consistent with world class business expectations.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Continually improve a team's organization effectiveness, deploy continuous effort to improve distribution operations, streamline work processes, and work collaboratively to provide quality seamless customer service. Proactively seeking new and innovative distribution strategies to promote 'best in class' practices.
Establish work schedules and ensure that the schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly by delegating responsibilities and holding individuals accountable for performance expectations.

Basic knowledge of distribution and warehouse functions, work group dynamics, measurement systems, and continuous process improvement techniques.
Excellent people management skills, including conflict resolution, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork and performance management
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to link business objectives to business activities.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of urgency.
Hands on experience with developing, implementing and managing distribution operations.

Ability to build strong, positive report with associates in a team environment; ability to lead through personal example that communicates integrity, core values and consistency in decision making.
Ability to implement site standards and best practices to include policies, procedures and work flow development.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple projects/priorities to meet specific goals & deadlines.

• WMS, preferable but not a requirement
• SAP knowledge, preferable but not a requirement
• Inventory analysis, preferable but not a requirement
• Dock scheduling and dispatching
• Basic knowledge of FI-FO, FE-FO
• Basic knowledge of HACCP, SQF, preferable but not a requirement
• cGMP enforcement and implementation
• Stay over feet 8 plus hours
• Industrial power tool experience (forklift), preferable
• English/Spanish Plus, Plus

Location: Lubbock, TX
• Multi-Shift including some weekends
• Exposure to different temperatures and climate conditions
• Compensation: based on experience
