Overview

Our organization is expanding and currently hiring Regional Benefits Advisors to work remotely with clients who have requested information about their benefits. In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, explain coverage options, and assist with enrollment.

This position is ideal for professionals seeking a long-term remote career with growth opportunities, structured training, and the ability to develop strong communication and client service skills.

No prior benefits experience is required. Training and mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually to review benefits options
• Explain coverage details in a clear and professional manner
• Assist clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients
• Follow proven systems and scripts provided during training
• Keep accurate records of client interactions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients via Zoom or phone
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
• Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively

Preferred but not required:

• Customer service experience
• Sales or advising experience
• Remote work experience
