Half beef take home meat estimated 230 lbs $10.95 per pound processing included
Quarter beef take home meat estimated at 115 lbs. $10.95 per pound processing included.
If you like sausage the price per pound for the sausage is a little higher.
If you like the Meat Vacuum packed add $0.32 per pound.
We have an appointment with a State inspected facility All Hale Meats 930 W 5th Street Wolfforth Texas
on May 14th. To maximize tenderness and flavor it will be dry- aged for 21 days.
