Red Feather Golf & Social Club is seeking a dependable, hardworking Greenskeeper to join our golf course maintenance team. This position plays a key role in maintaining excellent playing conditions and course presentation. Candidates must be reliable, physically capable, and willing to work required overtime during peak seasons.
Primary Responsibilities
Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
Hand watering greens and turf areas
Raking and maintaining sand bunkers
Laying sod and assisting with turf repair projects
Operating small equipment (walk mowers, string trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Performing general physical labor including lifting, digging, and material handling
Assisting with course setup and daily maintenance tasks
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Work Schedule
Regular hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime is required and not optional, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Early mornings are standard; punctuality is critical.
Qualifications
Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, wind)
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Golf course or landscaping experience preferred but not required

$16–$18 per hour (DOE)
