Found two mixed breed, fixed dogs

These two showed up in my yard last night in the Tech Terrace neighborhood, both fixed, no collars. The black and white one is chipped but so far no response from the phone number linked to it. They seem healthy, well fed, clean, and very, very affectionate– – wanting to climb in your lap and give kisses. If these are your dogs and you can provide me with their names, please reach out.
