Scope of work:
* Install and replace one steel exterior door and frame, including jamb and brick moulding.
* Board up one broken bedroom window.
* Provide a 40-yard dumpster, complete trash-out, haul away, and disposal (approximately 7–8 tons of debris). If you can't provide the dumpster, I can provide it as well.
Requirements:
* Must have experience with property preservation, make-readies, or residential maintenance.
* Must have your own tools, transportation, and be reliable.
* Ability to complete the full scope or specify which portions you can perform.
* Photos before, during, and after completion required.
Payment:
* Net 15 after approved invoice and client payment.
* Paid by Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or check.
