Flooring: Engineered wood, Hand Scraped Acacia throughout. There are some small scratches caused by dog traffic, and some larger grooving caused by slide travel (or debris caught under the slide during travel.)
Sleeping: Capable of sleeping four people. A Queen bed in the bedroom and a “Rest Easy” sofa that opens to sleep two more.
Seating: Ultra Leather Captain’s chairs in the front can be turned to face into the main living area. The passenger chair has an integrated footrest. The Ultra Leather “Rest Easy” multi position lounge glides from a sofa to a recliner to a comfortable bed, will seat three comfortably and an Ultra Leather swivel-chair with matching ottoman provides additional seating for one other. Four cloth upholstered dining chairs provide additional seating space for those large get-togethers.
Dining: The Motor Home is designed with a dining table with two folding leaves and four cloth upholstered wooden dining chairs. This makes the space versatile for many uses.
Kitchen: Workable counter space for meal preparation. Put the covers over the double bowl stainless steel sink and your counter space increases. Not using the stove, leave the cover on the three burner Stainless Steel propane cook top for even greater workspace. A Sharp brand Stainless Steel Convection Oven/Microwave makes meal preparation a snap. A custom glass tile backsplash around the cook top makes cleaning easier and provides an upscale design touch. Cabinets and drawers in Belmont Maple provides ample storage in the galley area. Cabinets above and below the mid coach TV is easy access from the galley area. A Samsung residential refrigerator with a bottom drawer freezer gives plenty of room for all your cold or frozen food.
Bathroom: The bathroom area holds a corner shower and single sink vanity. A powerful vent fan (with wind/rain/hail exterior cover) provides great ventilation. The toilet room holds the ceramic foot pedal flush toilet, a double towels bar and a floor to ceiling storage cabinet for all your linen and paper storage. This double cabinet area could be used for a Washer/Dryer. Plumbing, electrical exists in that area. There is no wall dryer vent.
Bedroom: A Queen bed with ample storage underneath. Closet and chest of drawers extends to provide access to the bed and closet. A nightstand with drawers graces both sides at the head. Overhead storage above the head provides even more accessible storage. A storage shelf is located under the TV at the foot of the bed. A small window adorns the exterior wall next to the closet, while a large sliding/Escape window is located on the driver’s (left) side wall. The vertical valances for this window shade were removed (kept getting knocked off) and will be provided
Exterior:
Tires: Toyo M154 replaced in May of 2019. Date codes indicate that the “oldest” is 03/18 (manufactured the third week of 2018) and the newest 30/18. Using the seven year “Rule of Thumb” these tires are borderline on needing to be replaced. The rear duals have a Crossfire Pressure Monitoring, single fill system.
Batteries: All batteries were replaced in April of 2024. Two starting batteries and three ”house” batteries.
Slide Covers: Covers or “toppers” were replaced on each slide in 2023.
Awning: 19’6” electric awning with three position wind retrieval system
Exterior Storage: With 118 cubic feet of storage, you can carry all your camping needs. Cabinet doors that are under a slide swing to the side, while all the other cabinet doors lift up. Hydraulic Springs keep the cabinet doors open (except in wind). This gives you full access to each compartment. Pass through storage is available, though is narrow in height.
Maintenance: Since new, this Motor Home has received an annual service of the engine, chassis and generator. In addition all roof and sidewall seams and sealant were inspected annually. The exterior full body paint, though washed and waxed regularly, does have places where the clear coat has deteriorated. Most of these locations are on surfaces on or around the rear cap. The photos will show these blemishes, HOWEVER, arrangements have been made to have clear coat repairs done on the entire back of the Motor Home. Including the repair of two deep scrapes in the area of the rear engine door. Maintenance records are available.
Motor Home sold AS IS. There is no warranty or guarantee. A transferable extended maintenance contract, through DriveQuest, expires on April 19, 2025.
Due to the clear coat repair, delivery to any buyer would be after May 20, 2024.
