I will be starting a new research position in Pennsylvania and the field season starts in May. My apartment will be available from May - July to sublet.

All utilities are included except for electricity, which is usually below $30/month per person. Rent is $425 and along with including water/sewer/trash, it also includes cable and internet as well as two pools (which were JUST redone last year and are super nice to lounge and grill at!), lots of grills, a dog park, and a clubhouse which includes a library with quiet rooms to study, a free coffee and chai tea bar, and a gym. There is also a lake with a 'beach' and beach chairs. It is stocked and you're allowed to fish. They just redid the clubhouse and gym last year and it really is a great place to study and workout. This rent price is locked in from the previous year so it is actually lower than their current rental prices too!

It is a three-person apartment with each bedroom having their own bathroom within it. My room is the most spacious of the three :) The apartment is furnished. The bedroom comes with a bed, dresser, bedside table, desk and desk chair, as well as a fairly spacious closet. If you want/need additional storage space I can leave you two sets of shelves, and/or a desk lamp as well. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment and we just got a new dryer last week.

The pictures are from The Holly's website but I will can send pictures of our actual unit if requested!

My two current roommates are super wonderful. I was a "random" roommate when I moved in two years ago and loved the place and my roommates so much that I decided to stay another year! My one roommate does have a cat so if you have allergies, this may not be the place for you. The cat is super sweet though and a great 'extra' roommate. The two roommates may be moving out early as well, so you may end up with new friends or a place to yourself! The rent would remain the same either way as they are individual leases.

If you have any questions or want to know more and/or see the place, please don't hesitate to contact me!
