2011 keystone avalanche 38’, two bedrooms, two bathrooms.one bedroom has Queen second bedroom has 2 twin mattress on bunk and room for a third. All mattresses in great condition, Queen is new, we used a different mattress while living in it. Sofa also converts to bed. 4 slides, outdoor cooking area. In excellent shape, well taken care of, no soft spots. Slides extend and retract perfectly. All lights work, most have been replaced with led’s. 2 air conditioners. Roof was recoated before we bought it. New paint on interior, new backsplash, new kitchen faucet, new hardware on all cabinets and doors 2 tvs. We lived in it for 7 months while building our barndo and no longer need it. Can deliver for the right price.
