CWR Trucking is looking for a dependable and motivated Class A CDL driver to join our team delivering building materials for 84 Lumber in Lubbock and the surrounding area. What We Offer:
Local routes only – you're home every night
Guaranteed weekly base pay of $800 before taxes (weather does not affect your pay — show up, and you're paid)
Raises available for well-qualified and high-performing drivers
Overtime pay (time and a half) for hours over 45
Bonus pay for:
Shingle loads (based on number of squares delivered)
Saturday deliveries (always paid time and a half, regardless of weekly hours)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM until route completion
Occasional Saturdays with additional pay
Average work week: 40–45 hours
What We Expect:
Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card
Clean driving record
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and safely unload freight when needed (doors, windows, and other building materials)
Commitment to safety, communication, and customer service
Forklift experience is a plus
